Lyrical genius Ray writes witty, urban fairytales which document modern life in Britain, covering the ASBO generation and the Americanisation of the British culture (http://www.myspace.com/swaggaska) No.1 Station - An eight piece band consisting of a driving rhythm section, blistering horns, and melodic blues vocals, No.1 Station get the crowds on their feet, rocking to the beat wherever they perform. No.1 Station are the vanguards of a new generation of Blue Beat - the generic name given to Jamaican music in Britain in the 1960's.
