Heh. That's all true.
The Underworld is probably a bit big for the sort of gig being proposed, and as far as I'm aware it's a venue which mainly hosts metal/goth gigs.

Agreed. Another strange venue, that i haven't played. Andrew (from the violets/swear) played there so he would be good to ask. All I remember is it had an impressive dressing room with a fridge.

Sooooooooo Maps. As summer is nearly over, did your gigs materialise? If so how did they go, which venue did you choose?

They've not materialised as yet - work got a bit hectic, so I've had to postpone until the autumn. I'm going to start the search again this weekend.
